Return Policy

Here at Two Twelve Boutique, we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange for store credit only. An email sent to shoptwotwelve@aol.com must be sent within 14 days of purchase to be able to return. After the 14 day timeframe, you will not longer be able to return your item(s). The customer is responsible for shipping costs ($5) to return the item and the shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit amount given to the customer. 

Returns must be mailed within 7 days of the start of the return authorization or else it will not be eligible for refund.

Return Conditions

  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box 
  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup stains, deodorant stains, cigarette smells or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Damage Claims

  • Items damaged or defective may be returned within 3 days of delivery
  • To file a damage claim, please email shoptwotwelve@aol.com

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is solely the customer's responsibility to make sure that the delivery address is correct before placing the order. If you entered the wrong address at purchase, please contact us immediately.
  • Two Twelve Boutique is not responsible if a package is delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to re-send the product purchased.
